Jessica Butler, LCSW
Owner and Therapist-Adults
I have been a practicing therapist for 16 years. I work with adults ages 18 and up who feel like traditional talk therapy has not been helpful. I am currently working towards advanced level competency in Dynamic Deconstructive Psychotherapy (DDP). DDP is an evidence-based model of psychotherapy that is used to treat anxiety, depression, borderline personality disorder, and suicidality.
DDP involves weekly in-person sessions for up to 12 months. During weekly sessions, we explore recent experiences, explore emotions and reactions, reflect upon experiences in integrative, complex, and realistic ways, learn to develop close, authentic relationships, and work towards self-acceptance.
DDP combines elements of translational neuroscience, object relations theory, and deconstruction philosophy. DDP attempts to address the underlying vulnerabilities in order to provide transformative healing.
Britany Brancheau, LMSW
Therapist-Adults
I have extensive experience working with individuals dealing with C-PTSD/PTSD, grief, depression, anxiety, those looking for parenting support, and I have experience working with adults over the age of 70. My approach is trauma-informed and person-centered, and I am deeply committed to addressing systemic harm and oppression that impact individuals' well-being.
I believe in creating a safe and non-judgmental space for clients to explore thoughts and emotions. I use a combination of CBT, Narrative Therapy, DBT, and Mindfulness techniques to help clients gain insight into their behavior patterns and make lasting changes. I am dedicated to helping individuals overcome struggles and achieve a sense of peace and fulfillment.
My ultimate goal is to support you in validating and processing all of your emotions, and to help you understand that no feeling is permanent. I value the importance of building a healthy and supportive therapeutic relationship, where feedback is welcomed and treatment goals can be adjusted as needed.
Lauren Usherwood, LMFT
Therapist-Adults and Couples
My approach with clients works on meeting them where they are in their lives. I have found that no one is the same and use an open mindset to help clients discover parts of themselves they may not know existed. Through collaboration, I am able to guide sessions while utilizing the most useful strategies and techniques.
I help clients see themselves through a human centered approach. My compassionate, understanding, and honest work allows clients to feel safe in gaining insight into their lives and supporting them to achieve their goals. As I empathize with experiences, I help clients see their strengths and stay at their pace to challenge any underlying thinking errors.
I look forward to meeting clients and helping them become their best selves, no matter what their best may look like.
